Keep your TopBrewer coffee machine performing at its best with our professional Annual Care Plan by Nordic Coffee Solutions.

This service plan is designed to minimize downtime, maintain peak performance, and protect your investment with scheduled preventive maintenance and replacement of covered parts when required under normal operating conditions.

What’s Included:

✔ Scheduled preventive maintenance visits during the agreement period for general inspection and machine health check.

✔ Repair or replacement of covered spare parts if required, including:

• Drain pump
• Top & bottom pistons
• Scraper motor
• Swan neck washers
• 3-way valve of brewing unit
• Boiler / steamer
• Top & bottom actuators
• FlowJet
• Water Intake Filters Cartridge (once per year)

✔ Professional technician support

✔ Priority service response within Kuwait

Agreement Terms:

• Valid for 12 months from activation date.
• Covers normal wear and tear only.
• Excludes misuse, negligence, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, and electrical or water-related damage.
• Consumables and cosmetic parts are excluded unless otherwise agreed.

Consumables Requirement:

To maintain the validity of the manufacturer’s warranty and this Maintenance Agreement, only consumables approved by Ammoka, TopBrewer, or Nordic Coffee Solutions shall be used, including but not limited to:

• Coffee beans
• Milk products
• Syrups
• Cleaning agents
• Water filtration products

Use of non-approved consumables may affect machine performance and may result in voiding the warranty and/or service agreement coverage.
